Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items purchased directly from our website.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must have been purchased from purplpwr.com
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

Because Purpl PWR is a consumable product, opened products are eligible for a one-time satisfaction guarantee refund per customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.


Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items purchased from third-party retailers
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
